Rogaška Slatina is a spa town in Slovenia, known for its medicinal Donat Mg mineral spring. The town has a tradition of over four hundred years in the field of thermal baths and medicine. Visitors can stroll through the park and admire the Secessionist buildings surrounding the spa. Not to be missed is the statue of the winged horse Pegasus, who, according to legend, discovered the Rogaška mineral spring. The crystal hall of Rogaška's Grand Hotel is also a place of interest, having once amazed the Austro-Hungarian emperors. Crystal lovers can visit the Rogaška glassworks, considered one of the largest in the world. The Anin dvor Museum allows visitors to discover the history of Rogaška Slatina through its collections. Rogaška Slatina is renowned for its green tourism and has been awarded the Slovenia Green Destination distinction.
