This option, very popular with thrill-seekers, lets you navigate the river's superb rapids. For a more original experience, the establishment organizes night-time escapades. As you move through each pose, your core and stabilizer muscles will activate to help you maintain your balance on the water. With regular practice, you'll see improvements in your balance and overall fitness. We'll find a serene spot on beautiful Predil Lake for our SUP Yoga class, and afterward, we'll paddle around the lake and take in the stunning scenery.
