If you're looking for an authentic place to eat good Filipino food, then you must stop by Chekesh. This cozy restaurant is run by a lovely family from the island who offers good fresh fish dishes, garden vegetable salads, well grilled meats... The plates are generous and of good quality, for a very low price. The owner, former barman of Coral Cay, can give you good advices to visit Siquijor. A very nice address.

Des plats locaux mais pas que, préparés avec des produits frais. Nous y sommes allés à plusieurs reprise durant notre séjour, nous nous sommes régalés. Les jus de fruits frais sont un délice, ainsi que le ti'punch aux calamansis. Le tout à des tarifs très abordables. Bref, je recommande.
