In a refined 1990s Filipino bistro setting and in the hands of a friendly staff, you'll enjoy traditional dishes that (finally!) showcase the culinary qualities of the Philippines. Soups, Sisig, lechon, Adobo, Pancit... it's the perfect opportunity to try one of the many local specialties. Don't miss the rice cooked with coconut. To be discovered!

LAS FLORES
Read moreHere, they revisit the classics of Catalan and Spanish cuisine with great talent. No wonder Las Flores has become the talk of the town and attracts the whole of Manila (the concept has grown and Las Flores is now popping up all over the city). The décor, both warm and modern, has been thought out in every detail, while the outdoor terrace is ideal for sipping one of the many perfectly executed signature cocktails. On the plate, we recommend the rather original tapas and the paella with black rice.
TOMATITO SEXY TAPAS BAR
Read moreInspired by the world of flamenco and the tapas bars of the 1980s, the decor is lively, in red tones, warm, festive and Latin. On the taste buds side, you can enjoy a multitude of tapas to share, as pretty as appetizing, or classic but always creative Iberian specialties. A long list of cocktails, Gin Tonic and wines. A lively atmosphere for a colorful evening! Tomatito has proven itself to be one of the best "modern Spanish" restaurants in Manila.
JAPONESA
Read moreBoth a Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant and a cocktail bar, this is a highly recommended address! On the restaurant side, only fresh quality products: salmon ceviches and other fishes, a multitude of tapas revisited in the Japanese way with original flavors of yuzu, edamame puree, sesame, mushroom and chicken yakitoris, homemade sushis to fall. The cocktails are also very original and elegantly presented. Festive atmosphere on weekend evenings and very friendly service! We love it.
MANILENOS SIZZLING HOUSE
Read moreOn the first floor of the Red Planet Hotel Manila Bay, here is a small and unpretentious restaurant that does not look like much but where they serve a very honest cuisine. On the menu, all the usual Filipino specialties, fried chicken, chicken adobo, sisig made with pork cheek, chopsuey, all accompanied by rice and good quality vegetables. On the sweet side, try the famous halo-halo made with ice cream. The prices are very reasonable, the quality also and the staff is welcoming. A little extra: they also serve a traditional Filipino breakfast.
