GURVAN NUUR

A nice camp on the edge of the Dalal lake. Chinggis Khan would have resided here for some time. So you will see a two-meter high statue, which pays tribute to the emperor. It was erected in the early 1960s for the 800th anniversary of his birth. There are communal showers and toilets in the camp, but hot water is scarce. There is a good restaurant in the center of the camp. It is a good starting point for hiking around the lake, horseback riding, fishing, and observing the flora and fauna of the area.
