GOBI SANDS HOTEL

A small, modest and somewhat run-down hotel in the city center, right next to the provincial museum, mainly aimed at a clientele of miners and travelers on a budget. You won't be able to miss its round tower-like architecture. The rooms are no longer fresh, and rather basic, but the more expensive ones are equipped with televisions. Like everywhere else in the region, the hot water has recurrent breakdowns. A small cafeteria serves decent food and the view from the 7th floor is very nice
