At the exit of the city, lies this monument erected in 2006 in memory of Chinggis Mountain, and to celebrate the 800 years of the Mongolian unity. It is located at the top of the hill, where a beautiful panorama of the city is emerging. By turning clockwise, one discovers 3 maps of the Mongolian Empire, presenting it before and during Chinggis Mountain. Vendors of all kinds of souvenirs try to refourguer their trash to visitors. If some of their parts are authentic, many old looks come directly from China and are only a few years away. So distrust. It would be a shame to buy a 60 000 T chess board, for example, when it is not more than 15 000.

LE monument symbolique de Mongolie
Une statue gigantesque avec une vue imprenable des environs. Le petit musée vaut la peine d'être visité pour une première découverte de l'histoire Mongole. Ne pas visiter cette statue serait comme ne pas aller voir la Tour Eiffel lors d'une visite de Paris.
