Petit Futé's opinion on DARKHAN HOTEL
This undeniably Soviet-style hotel is one of the great classics in terms of accommodation in the country's third largest city. There are even a few miniature busts of Lenin left in the area. The staff is very pleasant, and contrasts somewhat with the austerity of the place. The reinforced concrete building comes indelicately out of a quiet area, surrounded by poorly maintained gardens. Even the three banners at the entrance have not had flags to carry for a long time. However, the hot water arrives in the rooms that are clean. A few steps away, the bravest will venture into the nearby nightclub on the weekend. The less adventurous will be satisfied with the hotel's karaoke.
