Cheap hotel near the matatus station, with simple but clean rooms, restaurant, and terrace bar with view

The only decent small hotel in Chogoria located south of the village, well signposted from the main road, not far from the matatus station. The 26 rooms are simple and relatively clean. It is also possible to camp in their garden. The hotel can be used as a starting point for the ascent of Mount Kenya via the beautiful Chogoria road. Guides and porters are available on site. The hotel has a restaurant and a terrace bar with views of Mount Kenya. A welcoming, peaceful and inexpensive address.
