Located at the exit of the town of Nyeri in the direction of the Aberdares National park, this old hotel of the 1930 s also retains its colonial charm. This is a very popular weekend and is also the starting point for the prestigious Treetops lodge. Huge pool, swimming pool, excursions, golf nearby. Cosy atmosphere in a very nice setting and good value for money. A small museum dedicated to Lord Robert Baden-Powell (founder of the Scout movement) is located in one of the cottages.
