A reference in terms of Mahoran cuisine, the Zam-Zam restaurant is run by the friendly Abdou, who in fact offers a mixture of metro and local culture. In terms of Mahoran dishes, mataba and pilaou are in the spotlight. Meat lovers will find duck breast, lemon chicken, or the famous Guerlain chicken (eggplant, fresh cream, soy sauce). On the sea side, the choice is between fish with vanilla or combava, octopus coconut or crab fricassee. On weekends, it is very busy, so make sure you book in advance. Choutte hôtel maoré
Jolie découverte, resto qui propose de la cuisine locale à base de bons produits de Mayotte, vaut le détour car beaucoup de restos proposent de la qualité mais se limitent à la de la cuisine française. Ici, on mange les spécialités mahoraises et il faut l'avouer, c'est délicieux. Bon rapport qualité/prix

very good address! welcoming restaurant with a menu that, if it often does not vary, however allows you to eat dishes at a reasonable price. As for the owner, when it is present, it is very warm and pleasant.
