OK, it's a small chain, but it's the perfect opportunity to get to know the local gastronomy. In addition to specialties found all over the country, the menu classifies them by region. In Lithuania, for example, two pages are devoted to potato dishes. Sausage necklace, beet soup, cheese pancakes... The dishes are hearty and hold up well. To wash it all down, a little kvass!
