Here's one of the new town's best places to eat well without taking your head or your wallet off. A long corridor, exposed brickwork and contemporary art paintings all point to a modern menu. You'll find a bit of everything here: a few Lithuanian specialties (beef cheek with beet pickles and parsnip purée), a wagyu burger, vegan dishes... The menu takes you around the world, but it's very well mastered, and the house cocktails really come into their own. After all, it's the bar that takes up the most space here.
