WALL OF THE CONSTITUTION (UŽUPIS CONSTITUTION)

In 2001, the Užupis district even saw the birth of its own republic, created by a handful of artists seduced by the authentic and picturesque atmosphere of the district. A visit to the district quickly reveals a friendly atmosphere that is rarely found elsewhere. On this wall, the constitution of the republic is noted and ends with the following three injunctions: "Do not conquer", "Do not protect yourself" and "Never give up".
