HOUSE OF MIKALOJUS KONSTANTINAS ČIURLIONIS

This house (M. K. Čiurlionio namai) is the home of the illustrious painter, musician and composer of the late 19th century, whose compositions are imbued with a certain mysticism. Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis (1875-1911) produced no less than three hundred pieces (piano, orchestra...), three hundred paintings... The grand piano on which he composed many of his works can be seen here. Classical music concerts are occasionally scheduled in the house.
