Seated in a ^17th-century house, you'll have the opportunity to sample traditional recipes straight out of the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Here, the chef revisits the great classics of Lithuanian cuisine with a modern twist. Tasting menus include goose with cabbage and hazelnut sauce, beet soup with lamb and boletus quenelles. Each dish is inspired by a different era, from the ^16th to the ^17th century. For the sweet side: quince dessert, waffle and bread ice cream, for a very ^19th-century ambience. Delicious!
