This building is one of the most interesting places for independent culture in Riga. In this cultural center, photo and art exhibitions are organized, concerts... It is also a trendy bar made of recycled furniture where the decoration is directly inspired by street art, and where the prices of drinks are relatively low. Frequented by an eclectic crowd, made up of students as well as artists and nerds, this centre also offers a very rich programme and the place is absolutely worth a visit. A good underground plan!
