DOME HOTEL & SPA ^{* * * * *}

Built over four hundred years ago, the building housing this hotel is a listed historic monument. It has been beautifully restored to become a luxury establishment. The rooms offer all the modern comforts expected of a 5-star hotel, and the service is attentive. A special mention goes to the restaurant and its terrace (open in fine weather), where new chef Ronald Striguns offers a tightly-packed menu of French, Italian and seafood dishes. The hotel's only drawback is undoubtedly its rather small spa... but otherwise there's nothing to complain about.
