FISH RESTAURANT LE DOME

After working for a long time in a Michelin-starred restaurant abroad, chef Sergey Shiporov returned to Riga and is doing a wonderful job in this restaurant in the Dome & Spa hotel, the only Relais & Château in Riga. He prepares fish from the Baltic countries in a stylish way, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant's room is nice with an elegant decor and live piano in the late afternoon on weekends. Nice wine list. To be tried without hesitation, it is divine.
