The menu of this Riits restaurant is conditioned by the season and the arrival of fresh products coming directly from organic farms of the country. You will find local products that are prepared in a charcoal oven, which is another concept of the restaurant: healthy and balanced food. If you don't fancy a dish, you can also ask the chef to prepare a customised dish for you (depending on the products in stock). Riits ensures the quality of the service as well as that of the plate.
