Based in Latvia, Air Baltic is the main airline serving the three Baltic states. Starting out as a low-cost carrier, it has risen through the ranks over the years, offering code-share flights with Air France and Brussels Airlines. Nevertheless, the principle remains the same: the lowest prices give you access to the minimum of service, but the service is up to the standard of the classic airlines and the planes are new. From Paris, daily flights to Riga, direct to Tallinn on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and to Vilnius on Thursdays.

On time but not very cheap
It is a low Cost Airlines but not so low. 250 euro from Rome to kaliningrad. Food only if you pay. No luggage to check in. You pay even to breath (i am joking) but it is (almost) the same for each low Cost in the world. nice hostesses (again all women, are there men in latvia?).
