KAPKWAI FOREST EXPLORATION CENTRE REST CAMP

Located in Kapkwai, starting point of the Sipi Trail and a network of hiking trails, this structure, managed by UWA, has a student hostel, a campground and some bandas. Located within the park perimeter, it requires the payment of an entrance fee (US$35). To access the site with your vehicle, follow the main road from Sipi in the direction of Kapchorwa, then take the track on the right 6 km further on (well indicated by a sign).
