The service keeps depleting over time on repeat visit. They don't have enough rooms but they keep checking in people and transfer them to other hotels of poor quality

Everything would be okay except micro-racism in booking rooms. Chances are high you will be booked out (taken to outside guest houses) after placing the booking more than two weeks prior to you arrival.

On a budget, this is quite the deal for a weekend getaway in Jinja. The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It is about a 20 minutes drive to Nile River Explorers (rafting, tubing,water slide etc) and under 10 minutes from Java House. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jinja.

Beautiful hotel in a nice neighborhood of Jinja. Great meals and service. Has a pool and tastefully landscaped grounds.

Well I must say the rooms were good but the problem was with there services when we reached they made us sit for like an hour before they confirmed our bookings and we were so tired and hungry , we sent for food which took almost 2hrs and they had foods on the menu but was not available the same with the drinks
