Well named because it is built on the banks of the meandering Ntungwe River, @ The River Lodge is adjacent to Enjojo Lodge and Ishasha Jungle Lodge. On 60 acres, thelodge offers its guests a choice of a camping area, six small rooms(lazy camping) with shared showers and toilets, six fully equipped cottages using natural materials and an isolated tree house with three bedrooms, a platform built into the fork of a tree and its own cook. Finally, there is a bar-restaurant overlooking the river and the swimming pool.
