RWONYO REST CAMP (CAMPSITE 1)

On the Rwonyo site, not far from the shores of the lake and a stone's throw from the interpretation centre, this camp (also called campsite 1) managed by the Uganda Wildlife Authority will allow those who cannot afford a lodge to still get a taste of life in the bush. The tents are set back in the bush and have private showers. It is possible to cook on a wood fire or to go to the hand campsite 1 km away. Non-motorized people will have to be accompanied by a ranger.
