SPEKE APARTMENTS

Gymnasts and amateurs alike will find themselves at the Speke, which boasts the most spacious and modern gym in East Africa. The equipment is brand new and the dance rooms have multiple mirrors on the walls to reflect the dancers' swaying movements. Yoga, taekwondo and aerobics are also offered by the coaches of the complex. Above the health club was inaugurated, in 2018, the Calabash, a wellness area (massage room, hammam ...) very relaxing (open from 6:30 to 21:30).
