El Colonial is one of the best restaurants in the city, along with Duaba (at the Castillo Hotel). The quality is always there since its opening in 1996. The address was fitted out in a pretty colonial house out of wooden and the service is very professional thanks to the owner, Eduardo, as serious as sympathetic. Go for the lobster with coconut sauce, accompanied by freshwater shrimps: it's a real treat! The wine list is also quite varied and the cocktails are very successful. A sure value in Baracoa.

Restaurant de qualité avec de très bons produits! Dans un très beau cadre et avec un service digne des bons restaurants. Un peu cher pour les personnes aimant voyager à petits budgets, mais l'addition est vite oubliée après avoir manger.
