Built by order of Governor Hernando de Soto, this lookout - which is known here as the mirador or the balcón de Velazquez - offers a superb view of the bay, the city's rooftops and the surrounding mountains. In the past, the mirador was part of a larger defensive complex. If you're lucky, you'll find yourself in the middle of a tango or bolero recital as you pass by. A perfect place to relax during a walk in the city.

Très beau point de vue sur la ville, jusqu'au port. Nous y sommes arrivés conduits par notre guide. L'entrée est gratuite MAIS il faut payer 1 ou 2 CUC pour pouvoir faire des photos!

Un très joli lieu pour admirer la ville . Entrée gratuite. Facile a faire mais difficile a trouver dans la ville . Un lieu chargé d'histoire .
