The establishment owes its name to the great Cuban composer Miguel Matamoros, whose works are broadcast on-line or played live by a group. Bohemian atmosphere. Side menu, apart from the traditional bistec of cerdo and other fritos pollo, the house offers its specialty: Matamoros chicken (boneless, rolled in ham and cheese, breaded and fried!).
