RESTAURANTE EL MORRO

A real balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this house with its tiled roof and large thatched patio can be the object of a culinary stop during your stroll in Castillo del Morro. If the guitar trio is involved, the tasting of the famous ajiaco (a kind of spicy potato stew) will be even more enjoyable. Every day at 5:15 p.m., or 7 p.m. in summer, the cannon is fired outside to commemorate the surrender of Spain. You will probably be tempted by the excellent Ropa Vieja!
