Leonardo is an ophthalmic surgeon but, to make ends meet, he drives his Lada on his own. We went with him to Holguin/Gibara and it was really interesting to talk with him. He knows the region by heart and will tell you how low the salaries of the doctors are in Cuba... He drives a basic Lada 1600 but it runs well, you can visit Holguin with him too.
