Built on a rocky promontory overlooking the ocean, with a breathtaking panorama, the former residence of the wealthy Franco-American businessman, Irénée du Pont de Nemours, still displays all its opulence. Excellent cuisine and successful forays into French gastronomy, not to mention the service! Those who are a little short of cash will opt for a drink in one of the two cafés of the establishment: the 19 Hoyo Snack Bar and the Casa Blanca Panoramic Bar

Excellent restaurant de cuisine française à Varadero. A noter que vous pouvez aussi y séjourner dans l'ancienne maison d'Irénée Dupont de Nemours. Optez pour une formule en demi-pension bien plus économique que si vous venez juste y manger. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et ont toutes vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est aussi excellent et copieux. El vous êtes dans un hôtel boutique plutôt que dans un immense hôtel impersonnel comme vous pouvez en trouver partout dans le monde
