Located on the first floor of the Ministry of Communications, it is the only philatelic museum in Cuba. Its collection is very complete: stamps, old stamped envelopes, letters, postage stamps, a piece of the first submarine cable stretched between Europe and America, an album of stamps published in 1827 by Walter Scott, a copy of the famous black penny (the first stamp in the world) put into circulation in England on May 6, 1840. The most singular piece of the museum is the carcass of the first postal rocket in the world, manufactured in Cuba in 1939.

Tout petit musée, situé au rez de chaussée du Ministère des Communications. Peu cher, les trois salles se visitent rapidement, pour tout savoir sur les timbres cubains.
