Australian chef Scott Webster opened his first restaurant in London in 2003, before returning to Australia for family reasons. He eventually settled in Singapore, keeping the Osia name, a blend of "ocean" and "Australia". If you like beef, try the Black Angus, it's very fine and tender. And gourmets won't be able to resist our specialty: hot chocolate soup with pepper ice cream. Succulent foie gras with orange chutney!
