Formerly a gourmet restaurant, The Cliff has revamped its concept to offer cuisine that is still refined, but less stuffy. The setting, unchanged, is very elegant and even a little imposing, with its wide, white-topped tables and ultramarine-blue leather and velvet armchairs. The 100% Italian kitchen and dining room pairing imposes the mamma' s recipes, enhanced by exceptional products such as truffles and lobster. Some dishes are designed to be shared among guests, like the pizzetta with smoked scamorza, pork jowl, caramelized onions and mushrooms.
