After carrying his hat around in starred restaurants around the world, Chef Nicolas Joanny settled in Singapore in 2007. The district, once poorly frequented, has become very trendy. We serve here a traditional French cuisine based on fresh products from France and Japan. On the menu are mature wagyu beef, Kerguelen fish or Brittany pigeon. You can choose between a 6-course discovery menu or an 8-course surprise menu selected by the chef. Reservation required.
