After working in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, chef Nicolas Joanny settled in Singapore in 2007. The area, which used to be not very popular, has become very trendy. Here, traditional French cuisine is served, using fresh produce from France and Japan. On the menu: matured wagyu beef, Kerguelen fish or pigeon from Brittany.
