WORLD GOURMET SUMMIT

It's no surprise that Singapore, with its passion for gastronomy, organizes its annual World Gourmet Summit. Since 1996, the city-state has been showcasing Asian gastronomy through a series of events and happenings over a month and a half, from early April to mid-May. Numerous restaurants organize events, star chefs give lectures and share their secrets in culinary demonstrations. There are also tastings of fine wines and champagne.
