ORGO

On the roof of the Esplanade, Orgo (Organic Chemistry) enjoys a superb view of the Marina Bay Sands in particular and the rest of the city in general. We sip cocktails prepared by the Japanese mixologist (just that), Tomoyuki Kitazoe. The specialty: martini with calamansi (a small lime) and corossol (a tropical fruit with a tangy taste). For those who don't want to be outside, there are three small air-conditioned glass cabins (which obstruct the view a little bit). The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
