Opened in 2016 in Japan and then in Singapore, AFURI specializes in ramen and dumplings. The specialty is obviously AFURI ramen. It is unique, lighter, more delicate and the secret ingredient (not so secret) is yuzu, a yellow Asian citrus fruit. It adds a touch of freshness and originality to the ramen. Different ramen are offered and you can add ingredients. As for the dumplings or gyoza, they are divine. You also have other small dishes like buns, tofu, edamame and others.
