There are some very small addresses, in little-frequented neighborhoods, that everyone knows about. Such is the case of Niqqi's, which serves prata, otherwise known as parotta in South India, all day long. The flaky bread cakes are dipped in a thick, fragrant curry sauce. If you've been to Malaysia, you'll already be familiar with this dish, sold there under the name roti canai. A good, unpretentious place to eat after a trip to the Southern Ridges.
