Small Chinatown eatery, ideal for a quick lunch, with an excellent choice! Specializing in homemade wheat noodles from Lanzhou in northern China, the chef uses traditional dough-making techniques dating back 4,000 years! A succulent selection of noodle soups, ravioli(jiaozi) and xiaolongbao, thin, flat, hollow, wide noodles, there's something for everyone, and they're all top quality. On the downside, they charge you for the scented napkins, which some say are a tourist trap..
