The former Chijmes convent is home to one of the best restaurants serving traditional Peking duck.
It would be a shame to stay in Singapore without trying some top-class Chinese cuisine. Lei Garden is an avatar of Hong Kong's famous Michelin-starred restaurant. The menu features Cantonese cuisine, reputed to be the finest in China. If you choose to come for lunch, don't miss the excellent choice of dim sum . In the evening, we highly recommend Peking duck, where the crispy skin is served first in small steamed pancakes, followed by the meat. A real delight.
