Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine at Min Jiang, all in a modernized colonial wood decor overlooking the garden. Specialties include turbot two ways, dim sum and Peking duck (gluten-free). There are also many other dishes, each more delicious than the last, à la carte, including vegetarian dishes. The presentation is meticulous, and the cuisine is of the highest quality. The tea list is a match for the food, with a wide selection. The restaurant reveals all its charm in the evening with the lanterns.
