Candle Nut is located in the fashionably chic Dempsey Hill complex of converted former military barracks. The restaurant itself has a Michelin star. The tasting menu, excellent value for money, introduces you to local Paraknean cuisine with a modern twist. Other menus are available, as are à la carte dishes. Every effort is made to use seasonal produce. The decor is original and in harmony with the type of cuisine on offer. The chef is Malcolm Lee.
