The Shangri-La could not offer a Chinese table without trying to get it to the top. The bet was successful and chef Mok Kit Keung revisited Cantonese cuisine without restraint. The most luxurious products are on the menu, such as swallow nests served with lobster or abalone married with chicken fins. For a less salty addition and an equally great pleasure, it is at lunch that you should come and enjoy a dim sum tasting.
