The 607-hectare marine park is a nature reserve. It's the setting for the reality TV show Survivor. The island is surrounded by pristine reefs featuring 100 species of coral. Barringtonias, calophyllums, termanillas, catappas and filaos make up much of the flora. The fauna includes hornbills, sea eagles, dogfish, long-tailed macaques and giant lizards.
