This very popular address is located outdoors on the roof of a parking lot just behind Riverside Majestic and in front of the Hilton. It includes a multitude of stalls run by Chinese people, who mainly cook fish and shellfish. You can taste the umai, very fresh, at the dedicated stand, a little away from the others. Another specialty is butter crab, a crab coated in a butter and salted egg yolk sauce. It may seem a little strange, but it's delicious, as long as you're ready to put your fingers on it.
