Paya Beach is a pretty beach to the south of Tioman, relatively untouched by construction. Paya Beach Resort mainly welcomes couples and families from Singapore to spend the weekend or a vacation in a traditional yet comfortable setting of wooden houses. Paya is accessible by boat only. A poorly maintained path links it to the village of Kampung Lampang, a 1-hour walk away. It's the perfect place for those in search of seclusion and authenticity. Its location provides easy access to the few dive sites to the south of the island, which are less frequented than Tiger Point or Coral Island.
