The chain of Shangri-La hotels is generally considered the best in Asia-Pacific. Its luxury and refinement justify its reputation; The Kuala Lumpur Hotel was also renovated recently. The service is the best that a hotel can offer. The lobby has a beautiful garden which makes it forget that you are in the centre of the city. However, the airport limousine service, laundry, breakfast and local calls are free of charge.

L'accueil est déjà un rêve à lui seul, tant le lobby est grandiose, et le service attentionné.
Le prix est cher pour Kuala Lumpur, mais incomparable au vu de la qualité.
Le petit déjeuner est remarquable (fontaines à chocolat noir ou blanc, miel directement en rayon, tout plat préparé à la minute...)
La localisation permet de se rendre aux tours jumelles à pied
