SENTIER DE LA MONTAGNE FAVARD

Located at the southern end of the Kaw mountain range, Montagne Favard is an exceptional, densely vegetated site. Just after crossing the bridge over a creek, take a detour along the layon on your right. Here, you'll discover the remains of the Favard sugar mill, which bears witness to the work of slaves in these plantation areas. The site was also inhabited by Amerindians, and you can admire a superb engraved rock. Historic monument.
